Stool Ute
Design a stool that consists mostly of wood or a wooden material combined with not more than one other material.
Teamwork with Lisa Cipriano, Michael Gross
Our aspiration was to create
a stool that has more than just one function. So it should be space-saving and also convenient to store in a new way. The round wooden seating surface is split in four parts with equal width and three gaps inbetween. The two legs, one as a single column, the other one as a doubble-curved column in U-form, both made out of poudercovered steel, are fixed between the wooden parts, so they‘re able to be folded in the gaps. The stool is designed to act like a painting on the wall when it‘s folded.
